How To Add Audio To Firealpaca Animations

Audio

The process of our Animation

Over the last couple months, Jade and me had been producing a short animation of Schadenfreude past Avenue Q with visual analogy in the scenes. I am going to hash out the process of my animation what Jade and me had been working on. My role was to produce a 1-infinitesimal animation with music and characters singing along done using FireAlpaca and Flash Programs.

I started researching some music videos online. I found some really proficient inspirational videos on the website Youtube. We saw some good flash animations that worked smoothly with the song what people made on the website. Nosotros likewise decided to utilize our own characters in the animation. Nosotros decided to put 2 characters singing and moving forth with the song we choose. Nosotros also decided to also add some funny scenes that audition may detect very amusing.

Me and Jade decided to apply the music Schadenfreude past Artery Q because it inspired Jade first to describe out a storyboard and I helped her by adding some ideas when I heard the song afterwards. Once Jade completed the storyboard, I agreed on working on the blitheness. I used FireAlpaca to describe out the frames and so I imported them into Flash to breathing them.  The technique I used when I drew out the frame I duplicated to make some prototype movements quicker and too it is a faster processing mode to save fourth dimension. Also for shading, I duplicated the same layers and modify the shading for side by side frame so I don't have to go on shading the next frame.

I couldn't describe directly in Wink because I'g not very good at it. When I experimented earlier I worked it in the proper animation. When I downloaded the music I imported it into Flash with the animation file on the new layer so I tin can sync the animation with music. I too edited the audio file to shorten it because we didn't manage to consummate all the scenes on the storyboard.

The characters are in an anime/manga style, which is a form of Japanese animation, in a more cutesy style known as 'Chibi'. Nosotros were going to have 2 of usa working on the animation but it will be difficult because we both have different mode in drawing the characters and scenes and it will confuse the audience when they picket the flash having 2 different styles. We also were going to put colours in each scenes but nosotros didn't have the time and so nosotros added shading instead and added some colours in the scenes to make information technology less irksome. I likewise try to lips sync the characters with the words in some scenes to brand the animation more than interesting rather take nonetheless images.

This projection turned out good, I wouldn't say information technology was successful because the animation was not long, having more longer animation would make it more fun for the audience. If we had more me and Jade would have completed the storyboard and blitheness with the whole song and besides we would try to colour the whole scene. I would do more than in drawing in Wink, and endeavor out other tools that I oasis't get to examination which hopefully make animation of higher quality in the future. I would likewise like to study further is the lip-syncing technique and motion blitheness to create improve animation.

When i edit the sound in Wink CS6 I selected the part of the music on the timeline and become backdrop -> effect -> costume

I then lower the points one up and other down to lower the audio at the stop of the blitheness so information technology wouldn't continue one time the animation ends.

I decided to leave this in colour in the animation because it gives us a warm feeling and it wouldn't look as effective in black and white.

I decided to exit this in colour in the blitheness because it gives us a warm feeling and information technology wouldn't look equally constructive in black and white.

I redone the video and find the time to add together the shading in the scenes.

I shaded them in FireAlpaca and supercede all the frames subsequently I imported them into Flash. I adopt this instead the other video becuase adding shading makes it more stand up out in the video.

finished version of the blitheness.

did this for fun as well testing out the flash, so i created a random animation with the audio from scrubs series. this took me four days to make.

A very simplistic coloured version of the partial "Chibi" characters Demi and Litria.

Jade found a actually useful tutorial how to create rain in flash using coding.

another piece of work in progress, i need to find out how to animated raining this. in this scene is were he go soaked in the pelting and got splashed by a car pass him.

Washed some other blitheness gif from our storyboard, i was trying out the burn effects in FireAlpaca and and then imported them into flash cs6 again to breathing. i simply used 2 frames and have it repeated.
