Untested Windows 10 build 18947 mistakenly pushed to Insiders on all rings

Updated July 24, 2022: Microsoft has acknowledged the unintentional release of build 18497, detailing steps to roll dorsum for those who may have been offered the download. Microsoft's Dona Sarkar, main of the Windows Insider plan, stated that Microsoft is "looking into information technology" in response to a question virtually the build rollout.
